Before we get started here is a quick update on my weight loss. I am now down a little over 10 pounds and have about 30 more pounds before I reach my goal. I am striving to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week so it will be a process, but I'm pleased so far.
Now onto the recipes...
The first one is a copy cat of one of my favorite fast foods. I love the original from Taco Bell, but this is a great alternative and can be made in the crock pot.
Probably one of my favorite go to lunches is a wrap. They are easy to assembly ahead of time and they are easy to transport. Here is one of my favorites.
The last recipe is one that I eat quite frequently during Lent on Fridays. I love Egg Salad and add lots of dill to mine.
