I recently was scrolling through Instagram, when I noticed this awesome blogger/author Katie Farrell. I looked over her IG feed and I was really interested in the food photos she had posted, so I checked out her blog- Dashing Dish. Long story short, I found out that she has a few books on the market.
As I was looking through her website,I saw that Katie has a Facebook Book Club for Devotions for a Healthier You. Both books looked really interesting, so I decided to purchase them. They arrived last Friday and they are amazing.
This weeks meal plan will come from Devotions for a Healthier You. I highly recommend purchasing both of these books, because the recipes seem to be easy ones, with ingredients that can be found at most any market, as well as family friendly options.
Monday: Pumpkin Chili
Tuesday: Sweet Potato Meatloaf
Wednesday: Pizza Stuffed Peppers
Thursday: Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo
Friday: Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Many of Katie's recipes on Dashing Dish are free, but some of them (all but one of these recipes) are available for a small monthly subscription fee. It's really reasonable at $5.00 a month.
My main goal is to become healthier by making better meal choices and if I happen to lose some weight in the process that's great too!
